Effective for losing weight

As a sport, boxing is suitable for aerobic exercise, moderate strength training and cardiorespiratory fitness. It provides a healthy body that cannot be achieved by weight training or diet alone. It’s effective for creating a toned leg and hip line, a waistline, training the lower body and core, increasing basal metabolism, relieving stress and beautifying the skin.


We employ a“Work 3mins, Rest 1 min” style training method.

We can help build a menu that suits your needs.

Physical Training
Another core exercise to improve muscle strength and motor function. While using bands and body weight, trainees learn how to use their bodies in ways that give them more control over their bodies.
A tried and tested way to improve posture and building good habits. Proper stretching helps to reduce pain during and after training. An absolute must to do it to properly to prevent injury. Ask our friendly trainers for advice on best practice!
Punching Ball
A staple in any boxing gym. It helps you develop a sense of rhythm, timing, shoulder and arm strength. It looks deceptively easy, but don’t be fooled, it’s quite the workout!
Mitt Work
Guided by a trainer, you will strike blows into mitts. We’ll work through with you on basics forms like jabs and straights, then gradually apply them as a routine.
The perfect way to relieve stress using a variety of punches and combinations on different sandbags. A great way to further enhance the burn while working on your foot work and distance.
Skipping Rope
A basic but important routine to strengthen the legs hips, stamina, and sense of rhythm. Done during warm-up and cool-down periods. As you get used to it, we will encourage more complex jumps by adding a layer of agility.
Shadow Boxing
Shadow boxing teaches you how to use your body. It’s an exercise that uses the whole body: soles, feet, thighs, hips, shoulders, and arms. Done in front of a mirror by checking body form, and in the ring while imagining an opponent.
Shadow boxing done well is shortcut to success.
Road Work
The simplest cardio workout. Start out with short distances and take it easy.
It is good to do road work from home to the gym, or in a park near the gym, or together when you come to the gym.


Personal Lesson
Work one-to-one with a trainer, while discussing your level
and the areas you want to focus on.

Combine personal mitts, basic exercises
and physical training as well as boxing.

Recommended for those who want to concentrate on
a short period of time.

About Visiting
Visits do not require prior booking. Please come to our gym during opening hours and inform our staff that you would like to observe.
We encourage you to observe the atmosphere before deciding about enrolment.
*The entrance door is always closed for soundproofing, so just open it to walk in.
Trial Lesson

Please book in advance on Line or by phone. Our trainer will be happy to conduct a lesson.

What you need for the Trial
Sportswear, indoor shoes, towel, drink, gloves, etc. will be provided during trial only.
There are no rental clothes or shoes, so please remember to bring your own.

Can I visit or apply for a trial lesson?
Visits are always welcome. Please book in advance by contacting us via Line or phone for a trial.
The trial lasts about 60 minutes.
Is it OK if I have no boxing experience?
90% of our members have no experience. We will carefully teach you according to your needs.
Are there any restrictions on membership?
There are no restrictions. Anyone can join. Whether you are looking to lose weight, or are not confident in your fitness level, there are no age restrictions.
Are there showers, lockers, and changing rooms?
We have shower rooms and changing rooms for men and women. Lockable lockers are also available.
Do you have rental clothes and shoes?
We do not provide rental clothes or shoes, so please bring your own.
I have a tattoo or tattoos, can still join?
If you are willing to cooperate by wearing concealed clothing, that's fine.
Do you have a parking lot and bicycle parking?
We do not have a dedicated parking lot or bicycle parking lot. There is a bicycle parking space at the entrance of the building, but please do so at your own risk.
